The Altri Group was distinguished by the Kaizen Institute with 1st Place among Large Companies in Portugal for the “Excellence in the Continuous Improvement System”.

This award, which represents the most important mention in terms of the maturity of a company, recognizes the work, dedication, and motivation of a large multidisciplinary and transversal team of the Altri Group.

The award distinguishes projects implemented using the Kaizen methodology, which stand out for their efficiency, innovation, and excellence, and recognizes companies that have successfully incorporated these principles into their management model.

Since 2016, the Altri Group, a European reference in the production of cellulosic fibers, sustainable energy development and forest management, has assumed Continuous Improvement as a key tool for success and overcoming daily challenges.

In this sense and based on the commitment assumed to enhance technical skills, management excellence and people development, the Altri Operating System was implemented, thus seeking to sustain and add value to shareholders, partners, and the society.
