The Altri Group is one of the subscribing members of the BCSD Portugal Manifesto entitled “Towards COP26”. The UN COP26 on Climate Change is a crucial moment to accelerate the necessary decarbonization transition and fulfill the Paris Agreement on climate. The Summit will take place in Glasgow between the 31st of October and the 12th of November.

Together with more than 80 member companies of BCSD Portugal, we confirm the relevance of this conference and highlight the main expected results.

The 11 points of the Manifesto reflect the different aspects to be considered to increase the ambition of the global and collective response, in line with the objective of limiting the Earth's warming to 1.5°C, achieving the carbon emission reduction target and accelerating the process of worldwide decarbonization.
