2030 Commitment

Altri defined four strategic development vectors that focus its activity and future investments:

Develop and Value the Forest

Pursuing Operational Excellence and Technological Innovation

Valuing People

Sustainability as a Competitiveness Factor

Based on this strategy, the main sustainability goals for the Group were identified, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, and also with the expectations of our stakeholders. These were identified based on the results of a survey carried out at the end of 2020. Thus culminating in the development of the “2030 Commitment” of the Altri Group.

2020 was marked by the consolidation of the “2030 Commitment” of the Altri Group with the establishment of very ambitious goals.

We promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approved by world leaders gathered at the UN General Assembly on September 25, 2015, the result of the joint work of Governments and Citizens around the world to create a global model of governance with the purpose of ending poverty, protecting the environment and promote prosperity and well-being for all by 2030. Altri also joined the United Nations Global Compact, assuming the commitment to align its strategy and reflect in its culture and daily operations the Ten Fundamental Principles involving Human Rights, Labor Practices, Environmental Protection and Anti-Corruption Mechanisms.
